Orders & Lead Times

How long will my sofa take to arrive?

Every sofa is made to order in our UK workshop. From the day you place your order, allow 2–4 weeks for build time, followed by delivery to your room of choice. We'll keep you updated throughout and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date once your sofa is ready.

Are your sofas kept in stock or made to order?

Made to order, every time. There's no warehouse, no pre-built stock waiting to be shipped. Your sofa is started when you order it, which is exactly how we maintain the level of craftsmanship we're known for.


Delivery

What does delivery include?

Two-person white glove delivery to the room of your choice. Your sofa will be brought in, positioned and all packaging removed. There's no kerbside drop-off, no assembly required and no mess left behind. Included free on all UK mainland orders.

Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?

We can arrange delivery to non-mainland UK and international addresses. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any additional costs.

What if my sofa won't fit through the door or up the stairs?

Please check your access before ordering — doorways, hallways, staircases and any tight turns. If you're not sure, get in touch with the dimensions you're working with and we'll help you figure it out. Better to check now than on delivery day.


Customisation & Bespoke

Can I order in a different leather or fabric?

Yes. Each product page shows one covering option, but most designs are available across our full range of leathers and fabrics. If you have something specific in mind, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can you change the size or dimensions?

In many cases, yes. We're a manufacturer, not a retailer — so adjustments to size and design are something we can often accommodate. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll give you a clear answer.

Do you work with commercial clients?

Yes. We've been supplying the trade and commercial clients for over 43 years — hotels, offices, clubs and private projects. Bespoke quantities, coverings and designs are all available. Contact us to discuss your project.


Quality, Materials & Guarantee

What's the frame made from?

Solid hardwood — dowelled, screwed and glued at every joint. No particle board, no shortcuts. It's why we can back it with a 25-year guarantee.

What does the 25-year frame guarantee cover?

Structural defects in the hardwood frame and any faults in the joints and fixings under normal domestic use. It doesn't cover wear to leather or fabric, natural changes in appearance over time, or damage caused by misuse. The leather will change — that's part of owning it. The frame won't.

Where are your sofas made?

Every one is made In our family workshop in the UK. 


Payments & Financing

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely at checkout.

Do you offer financing or staged payments?

Currently we take full payment at the point of order. We're looking at financing options for the future. If you'd like to discuss a specific arrangement, contact us and we'll see what we can do.


Care & Maintenance

How do I look after the leather?

Dust regularly with a soft cloth or the brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner . For spills, blot immediately with a clean dry cloth — don't rub and don't use household cleaners. Apply a quality cracked wax leather conditioner two or three times a year, always testing on a hidden area first. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes — and it should. The leather softens, deepens and develops its own character with use. The creases, colour variation and patina that build up over time aren't faults. They're the point of buying real leather.
