Made-to-Order Items

Production Time: All made-to-order items are crafted upon request. This process takes approximately six to nine weeks from the date of your order.

Shipping Time: Once production is complete, your item will be carefully packed and shipped. Please allow for an additional five to seven business days for delivery within the United Kingdom.

In-Stock Items

Shipping Time: For items that are marked as “In Stock,” we will ship within three to five business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

International Shipping: If you are located outside the UK, please contact our customer service team for a quote on international shipping rates and delivery estimates. Note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Custom Orders: Because our furniture is crafted to order, custom pieces cannot be canceled once production has started. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.

Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may impact delivery times and fees.
